We have taken our ancestors knowledge, enriched it with modern techniques and applied it with respect to our olive trees. They have been nurturing our families for many centuries and in return we take care of the environment for tomorrow's generation.

In collaboration with integrated management program the proper use of pesticides and fertilizers is ensured by taking soil samles and analysing them to accredited laboratories.

We provide specialised equipment for harvesting the olive trees and arrange semirars for the correct use of them.

We chose the equipment wisely when we installed the olive oil extraction line in 2019, to be able to surpass all food control standards. All surfaces that come in contact with olives and oil are stainless steel. The olives are cold extracted every single day until the last day of the harvesting season.

Only certified mechanical means are used for the extraction, with the stamp of ALFA LAVAL. The temperature throughout the extraction process are below 27 degrees Celsius and olive oil is kept in air conditioned environment at 18 degrees Celsius.

With regular cleaning and maintenance the olive oil reach high quality every year with the regions characteristic taste. A slite bitter taste from unripe olives with fruit-like aromas and and freshly cut grass. When we swallow it we feel a
sweetness and the characteristic burning, like a spicy pepper.

We take part in olive oil competitions since 1924 where the cooperative was created. Every year, we and our collaborators, are distinguished among the top olive oils in the world.
